Mum 53rd Birthday

This year I am gonna cook for my mum birthday. I only cooked Chinese dishes before for them but not western. So I thought of cooking Cordon Bleu Chicken v1.1. It’s a little small improvement over the previous one that I cooked back in USJ.

I went to Tesco with my dad to get all the item needed for the cooking. Bread crumb, bake bean, spaghetti, chicken flat breast, and minced chicken and lot more. We had a hard time searching for bacon in Tesco and ended up looking in Giant. The promoter in Giant told us there is bacon selling in Tesco but it's at outer section. So we went back to Tesco yet again.

I started cooking around 4.45pm following the recipe like I do previously but this time having more accurate on the time. 4 minutes bottom seal and 3 minute top. The result is better as I get a more tender chicken meat. Bacon replacing previous chicken ham. I wouldn't want to go detail into cooking recipe and sorts. So here are the pics of the finished product.

Everyone seems to enjoy the dinner but I think dad like it the most. He's really into western dishes where meats rules. I wonder how he can finish two whole Cordon Bleu! I have a hard time finishing one as it's full of meat and meat and meat. After dinner we sang birthday song for mum and had ice cream cake as our dessert.
