Daph Birthday celebration

It was kinda rush when we reached our destination for her birthday celebration. To be exact, it was around 8.15pm and she was kinda surprise when I walk into J.W Marriott Hotel. Then I bloated out, Eh, dun dream ah, we just pass through here and not dinner here. Haha.

The place is at Jogoya, Starhill. This is my second time here. She was so surprise to see lots and loads of food spread everywhere ranging from Japanese, Western, Chinese and much more. I think at that moment she was like Luffy seeing all the foods with shinning eyes saying 'Suuu Kehhhh'. Haha



We ate mostly Sashimi as we are more into Japanese food. I thought to book Tenji at first but since Daph haven’t been here before; I thought to bring her here first so we can compare the quality of the food next time in Tenji. Apparently Jogoya standard has drop a little. It's not as good as the last I visited. That was in year 2007 if I am not mistaken.



The best in Jogoya must be the free flow Haagen Dazs ice cream spread. On that night, we tasted 12 scoops of different flavor. I tried as much as possible as it costly to taste it in this way outside. One scoop easily cost more than Rm10+. So no choice la. Have to taste all the sample mah. Me and Daph tasted Belgian Chocolate, Green Tea, Cheery Vanilla, Chocolate Chips, Vanilla, Rum N Raisin, Coffee, Strawberry Cheese, Passion Fruits, Blueberry, Macadamia Nut....and hmmm one more I forgotten! There are actually 14 flavors available at Jogoya but we only managed to eat 12 scoops before we completely given up. We left out Lime and Chocolate. I love their Belgian Choco very much.



Then we take a stroll outside Pavilion before going back home. What is birthday without birthday gift to end the day? Another surprise when she received the gift. It was an external LG slim DVD Rom. She earlier mentions that it’s kinda hard without a DVD Rom as sometime she like to watch DVD movie. Now the Acer was perfectly combination with ext DVD and protector. Hmm, still thinking to upgrade to 4GB DDR2 ram but need to wait for the ram price to drop.



Well, this is how I celebrated birthday with her. The main gift is actually us going to Bali on the 16th of January 2010. I can hardly wait for the day to come. It’s about a month to go.
