
Sambal Mackerel Fish
Method and Ingredients 1. Marinate Mackerel fish with turmeric powder for 15 minutes 2. Fried in medium heat oil until it turn golden colour on both side 3. Took the fish out and add in garlic 4. Add in big onion and stir fry for 2 minutes 5. Add in chili paste, sugar, salt and light soy sauce to taste 6. Mix the sambal sauce together with the fish 7. Garnish with spring onion

Cabbage Tuna Egg
Method and Ingredients 1. Cut the cabbage to small slices. 2. Fry the garlic to fragrant 3. Add in tuna chunk and beaten egg together 4. Add in cabbage and continuous stir fry 5. Add in 1/2 tsp of salt to taste. 6. Garnish with spring onion and fried shallots

Baked Bean Egg
Method and Ingredients 1. Fry garlic to fragrant. 2. Add in beaten egg and stir fry for 1 minute 3. Pour in a can of Ayam Brand baked bean 4. Mix well and bring it to boiled 5. Garnish with spring onion
This is the first time I ever cook fish dishes. It turnout good and I kinda like it. All this while I didn't know that Ikan Tenggiri is actually named Mackerel fish in english. I thought it was some kind of sardine fish as I saw this word quite often in can of Ayam brand lol.
