Today I went to Puspakom to do my Kancil inspection at Padang Jawa, Shah Alam. I reached aound 5.30pm. I am not sure where is the place located so I search around and finally saw a JPJ Officer and ask him.
He said “You datang sekarang? Dah tutup la."
I told him Puspakom close at 7pm. (As stated in puspakom website). He replied "Itu inspection diorang buat sampai 7pm, tapi counter tutup pukul 5pm). I felt a little disapointed but since I was there, so
I said “Takpa, i pigi tengkok kejap”.
Following the JPJ officer instruction I reached the place. While going in the guard salutes me. I was like hmm, this guy kinda respectful. I just smile back to him. Since I am blur like ‘sotong’, I park my car and went to the front counter and the Indian lady served me. I ask her where to do Puspakom Inspection for private car and
she replied "Why u come here? Inspection must go behind. Go follow the queue.”
She pointed her finger to the left side. So I went back to my car and drive to the left and straight to behind building searching for the 'queue'. At last saw a short queue at Lorong 1. Waited in queue for about 5 minute before the Puspakom guy came and ask me what I want to do? I told him “Inspection tukar milik”. He asked me to queue at Lorong 7. After 10 minute queuing, finally came to my turn. Another Puspakom guy ask me where is my form? I was like “What form??”
He said “You tak bayar kat depan counter mana boleh buat inspection?”
Then told her the indian lady ask me come behind. Then the guy phone started ringing and he answered and chit chat leaving me there blur like ‘sotong’. There is a few Puspakom guy there couldn’t even bother to even look at me. They just group there and do some light chatting. I politely waited for him to finish chatting on his mobile for 5 minute and ask
him "So, saya pigi depan bayar?"
He just nodded his head. So I walk to front yet again. Then I told the indian lady and
she said "Where can pay here la..U go behind la."
I get a little angry and told her the back people ask me to come in front and u asked me go behind pay again!
She said "Nonono, you must go behind and pay at gate".
This time, while walking back to the back again, I tried to “decode and decrypt” his message. I was like “Hmm, pay at gate.. at gate.. which gate?” I was searching for this BALDUR's Gate and finally saw one small gate that look like guard house. I walk to the guard house and yup, a payment counter cum guard house that look smaller than my office guard house.
He ask "Mana Kereta"? I told him inside.
He said “Tak boleh ini macam. Mana boleh bawa kereta masuk dari depan. You bawa kereta you mari sini. Takda kereta I tak boleh buat. Kalau boss Nampak dia marah saya nanti”
So I got to walk all the way back to the inspection area again and drive to the gate there. While I was paying, he ask me how do I get in from the front door? I told him I just drive in and futher more the front door guard saluted me.
He said “Yakah? Aiyoh, itu guard tak bleh guna la. Saya bukan salah you. I tau you first time mari punya."
While I was leaving to go inspection, suddenly I notice the guy didn’t give me back my car registration card. So, I went back there and he told me they will keep and will pass to me when I have done the inspection. I was like damn, at least tell me la…
All this misunderstanding took me about more than 30 minute!
First the counter guy told me to go Lorong 1. So I went to Lorong 1. Then, another Puspakom guy came and ask me go to Lorong 7. I let him see the receipt stated Lorong 1 and the counter guy told me Lorong 1.
He said “Takda takda, salah lorong ni. You pergi Lorong 7”
So I went to Lorong 7 and about 3 guys came to me and stick the Puspakom Hologram sticker while mumbling, “Dah lambat apasal ada orang masuk lagi ni.” (That time was only 6.10pm) Then they ask me open front bonnet and they use a masking tape alike thing and paste the chassis number and stick into the book. (Like copy and paste). Later, I was instructed to drive to a big drain look alike and they inspect at bottom. I dun even have to stopped at halfway. They just see from below and I drive out to parking space. Mind you, all this while I was following what the front car do. No one there will tell you what you should do! You need to findout for yourselves.
This is all the inspection they did. I was like WTF? This is what they do for Inspection? This is the so call mandatory inspection by our dear gomen? I mean WTF? They didn’t even see the rubber at the door to determine half cut car or other stuff. My satisfaction went down to 0% seeing what they done. Unbelieveable!! Rm30 just like that. Not even worth Rm5! Waited for the result for 20minute. Wonder what took them so long. Result nether less is passé.. |
